Blasphemy

Ahem ... I know of no one in Arkansas who does this. It's butter (real, not margarine), salt, & pepper (lots of it) on grits.

Sugar is for Cream of Wheat and oatmeal.

To answer the weird combination question, I like peanut butter on celery stalks.

I eat mustard on sausage and biscuits. My grandpaw did it. If it was good enoug for him, it's good enough for me!

Have taken out of towers to Poche's in Breaux Bridge a number of times and always cringe when they get crawfish étouffée over dirty rice (ordered this way because they don't know any better). I finally decided to try it and it was really good!

Not really a full out combo but I sure do get some strange looks from people when I put mustard in my red beans.

Peanut butter, bologna and cheese. And mayo. Loved it when I was a kid. Haven't had one since I was a kid.

One of my go to afternoon snacks are a handful of raw almonds and about an ounce of cheese--usually Farmer's cheese or Cabot's light cheddar.

Another good one is Cheetos dipped in softened cream cheese.

I also like to melt down a block of hogshead cheese and a handful of onions in the skillet, the roll it up in a soft corn tortilla with sour cream and sriracha.

Beware if you go to Cincinnati because what they call chili is NOT chili, it's disgusting.

I do however put noodles in my (normal) chili if I'm cooking for a large group to make it go farther.
