Started with a crab and tomato stacker with chive oil and balsamic vinegar. Main entree was panko crusted chicken parmesan.

You need a garbage gut to finish the left-overs?

Not gonna lie Ham, we eat well at our camp too.... But ur lodge takes it to a whole new level. These threads have me eagerly awaiting the next weekend.

We dont open till next weekend.... Maybe I should post all if our soulfood. Its hearty and not nearly as creative.... But delish nonethless

Ham, that looks killer. But I have to question the motives of a feller that puts so much effort onto plating and presentation for a bunch of dudes at a hunting camp. Exactly what kind of operation y'all running over there?

I love to hunt and I love and respect a well put together dish.

Those 2 worlds have unfortunately never collided for me. Despite the hunting grub being very tasty it's normally served on a paper plate or a red solo cup and cut/shoveled into your face with you pocket knife.

Is this really a hunting camp ? Or is this heaven?

We need to hang out more often Ham.

I've seen places that do it. Usually they rotate weekends. Doing KP every weekend is illegal. Look at the regs.

I've hunted Oak Grove and The Marsh Club several times and the food is as good as the hunting.
