Only jerky. My plan this year is to win a quota hunt or a raffle hunt for elk in TN and bring it all home.

Last month I was in WY and considered buying 10 lbs or so of ground elk and shipping it home in dry ice. I decided not to, and then when I got home I ordered online from a farm in Colorado. Pretty expensive but very good. Should have went with my Plan A for about half the price.

it's not going to be wild game, just farm raised so not much different that ordering beef. i've had good luck with jackson hole.

I register for the quota hunt too, the way you said plan this year I thought you might have some other Avenue. I think it’s 15 total between archery and rifle, good luck, If you draw, report back.
