I don't see how the blonde headed chick wasn't in the bottom 3. She basically put a pile of cream cheese in bowl

The one with the split cream?

I thought the same thing. She certainly should have been in the conversation. She lucked out.

Agree on the product line issue, but that is how they get those 10K paydays for an Elimination Challenge.

Sara is really into Rockabilly and she is her own person! Travis once had tomatoes in Vietnam and his boyfriend is Vietnamese.

This is the worst part of the season. All the real dead weight has been cut, but we still have to cull out the people who have no shot.

Agreed that was a pitiful looking plate.

I think maybe they take into consideration what the dish was supposed to be and what didn't "take" with it. As Besh said there has to be a story behind this etc. SO I assume they take into account what went wrong and her mistakes were less egregious than the mush and shitty veggies the others put out there.

I wish they would have shown some of the quail hunts at Covey Rise. I would have loved to see the yankees recoil at the site of a 20 gauge!

I want to know how much cumulative judging is going on each week now. I just watched the episode and stephanie probably should have been in the bottom 3 based on the dish, but she's shown better before than the others.

It's interesting for fun, but terrible for judging a final product.

Seriously, picking a winner based on that challenge was stupid. If you had to pick a winner, they should have chosen all three people that worked on it.

guess they were trying to pass it off as the winner was the one who made the most out of a mess.

I was surprised Justin made a bland version of shrimp and grits.

I agree. He had buttered grits with a shrimp. Kinda weak.

But the chic that went home has consistently done crappy.

From the previews for next week, it doesn't look like he does good on the pig challenge. But it could be editing.

Yea but they didnt survey where they were at the end of the last switch to be able to benchmark progress made.

They should've just done fewer switches and made the winner be a team thing, no immunity. The three that worked on it get to be team captains or something. Doing that whole trust your band mates lead up and then solely judging the final product just kind of fell on its face .

Derrick freeman - one of the musicians at Kermit's lamenting on Facebook: Nothing like eating ribs chicken n watermelon on national tv! Thanks Bravo you bitches. Btw that watermelon was horrible!

I thought the quick fire was a terrible idea. The one chef(eventually eliminated) sunk 2 dishes. No reason someone should get immunity for finishing someone elses dish.

I was getting nervous at the end. I really thought he was going home last night. It seemed like he got more airtime then usual and he had mediocre dishes all night.

At least the weakest link was sent home. Should have been gone week one.

I thought he was in jeopardy, as well. He hasn't been in the top in a while. I just can't understand him putting out a bland dish. It just didn't sound right. He's probably made a variety of shrimp and grits dishes in his sleep.

Did you taste the dish?

Judges said it was bland for a typical New Orleans dish. That doesnt mean the dish was bland. Who knows what else was said about the dish that we didnt hear well besides Gail saying the grits were amazing or something like that. Traditional South Carolina shrimp and grits aren't loaded with spice, and chunks of andouille its a relatively mild dish that lets the flavor of the shrimp do the talking.
