I agree. Easy slow recovery runs do have their benefits. Its just hard for ppl to slow down their pace. Sometimes it messes with your gait and can throw you off a little bit.
I still think a burger joint would do well on St Charles St or in Houma in general. I know they have Reef but it is nothing special. Something similar to Phil's Grill with tons of toppings and different meat options.

. Only recent-ish QB I can think of that did well coming right of the bench as a backup is Kurt Warner. He did at least have some experience in the Arena League prior to that, which may have helped.
Tom Brady?

Most doctors are all about making money. By making them not wear these shoes, it will force them to wear normal shoes. From there they will send them to their buddy who will custom fit orthotics into their shoe. It will cost way more money in the long run bc the orthotics wear. So in the end both the physician and his buddy profit. Repear doctor visits and repeat orthotics made and the end result will be the same. They will still have issues!
I don't own a pair of Vibrams even though I have always wanted some. I do have a few pair of NB Minimus though.

Season water without salt. Maybe put a little oil in your water. Bring water to boil, throw shrimp in. When water returns to a boil shut it off and salt. Let em soak.
how old? send me some pictures.
Body Beast is the reason I want to get some power blocks. I could use them for X3 also. I only have up to 20lb dumbbells and could definitely go higher on some exercises.
BBC is a cool bar. Tons of beers. Pretty sure they have a few TVs in there.
I'm looking for something in the Osyka/Kentwood area. My parents have a house up there so it just makes since to find a lease up there.

First week I did Dynamix. Sunday I took off. I needed a break.
Did Agility this am. Probably do Yoga tonight if I'm not saving lives. Also would allow me to sleep in later bc I need to be at the airport at 8am. :nana:

Its just a great gesture. Regardless if you like the guy or not.
Just like what the LSU fans did for Stoney Brook. Staying to cheer them on and having them do a victory lap even though they just knocked the home team out.
Things like that stick with players forever and speak volumes about a program.

Any marathon with a double loop is not going to be fun.

11/12. Damn Harvard
I've seen great results on Paleo and doing primarily a 5x5 program with isolation workouts on rest days.
Can't wait to see what will happen once I start X3.

I'm not a huge fan. Try to take the kids to one or two parades. I would rather vacation during Mardi Gras.
Parade people and fair people are interesting individuals.
