Tomato sandwiches... yea or nay

Never understood the love. Ditch the bread, put some mayo and salt on tomato slices, and eat them with a fork.

Oh hell yeah. I like it on Publix sourdough though. But Bunny works.

Hell yeah, I want grated Parmesan cheese on mine in lieu of s&p.

I add bacon to it. I don't fool with the salt n pepper

Don't know what it is but I hate tomato's. Unless it's spaghetti sauce, ketchup, salsa. Maybe the texture of a raw tomato, still can't figure it out.

Love them. But I can’t eat cheap white bread. It feels like eating wet clay or something.

Same here. I can't stand how it tends to stick to the top of my mouth when eating it------------and I ate a lot of it as a kid.

Now, it's either brown whole wheat or my homemade bread.

Definitely in the yea camp. Homegrown vine ripened tomato, heavy salt and pepper on white bread.
