I've had McDonald's that looked better than that shite. Did you actually pay for that?

I would eat it OP. These guys that act like there’s only one or 2 best briskets and it’s only
Made in Texas are idiots. Fwiw any meat you have to smoke in order to add flavor to make it edible shouldn’t be considered something we call ‘best’ anyway. I’ve never heard someone call a smoked steak ‘best’.

Lol terrible take
The brisket isn’t smoked to give it smoke flavor (although it’s delicious) it’s smoked to cook low and slow to allow the meat/fat to breakdown to a point to become pull apart
Corned beef which is also brisket and not traditionally smoked it also delicious.
If you steamed a steak or smoked it for 18 hours it would be terrible because it is a different cut lending itself to a different cooking technique

Thanks for telling us where that was from, you Gump frick.
The new Bayou Smokehouse on Coursey has some really good brisket. Pulled pork is very good too. Sides are kind of meh though.

I've eaten better brisket in the quad on a random Wednesday.

This looks less appetizing than the pre-cooked "brisket" from Sam's my MIL would throw in the oven
