Yeah I fry seafood and back straps all the time. Looking for something different. I’ve heard of frying pork ribs. Anyone tried that?

Buddy of mine smokes his ribs then flash fries them. They look incredible.

YES.

During a particularly slow time at the resaturant, we deep fried EVERYTHNG. Some good, some bad, but we had fun.

Lobster tails are particulary delicious deep fried.

Any meat thin and breaded makes good fried food.

Hot dogs (rippers) are good fried until they split.

Dogfish. Try a deep-fried dogfish basket with French fries, hush puppies and creamy Caesar dressing. DELICIOUS!

Debone chicken thighs and cut into 3 strips.

They end up looking like boneless chicken wings. They are way better than wings in my opinion.

It's definitely worth a try. I call them Thwings® around my house.

When you take out the bone, there is an obvious line to cut through where the bone was. Then split the other 2/3rds in half to end up with 3 pieces. Try to keep the skin intact.

I normally prefer smaller chicken pieces, but for this go for the largest thighs you can find.

With leftover smoked ribs we cut them up and make a thin batter similar to a pancake batter and fry them. They are NOT healthy but they are ridiculously good.
