We went there, it’s Hershey brand ice cream and honestly it’s not that great. Very expensive as well. Marble slab for the win.

Ice Cream I’ll stick to Pralines and Cream at Baskin Robbins.

I love Hershey ice cream
There used to be a small shop that served it by my parents
They have a coconut chocolate almond that is delicious

I've seen Hershey Ice Cream at several different Chinese buffets. Probably your best way to get your fix

Shark Tank Mark Cuban investment! They are rolling. 4 at time of show now have 16 from Virginia to Washington State.
Cuban gave they $400K for a 22% stake, he's winning,
$45k franchise fee plus 6% royalties of gross sales.
At the time of is investment the best store id assume the one in Gulf Shore was producing margins of 25-28% on $1.4K in sales.

I'm sorry but, all of that looks disgusting. I'd gather the caloric intake for one of those diabetic coma's is close to 3500?

We went to the one in Fairhope and ordered 3....we have 3 kids. Our bill was 50$ before tip. I didn't expect to like them but they were actually better than I expected. I'd imagine they do well in a tourist town. Take the kids as a special vacation treat but I don't see it having that type of success in a place like BR....sure there'll be a line out of the door for 2 months but I don't see it sustaining long term. Just my 0.02$.

I may be in the minority but I thought it was average at best. We went to the one in Alabama while on vacation, went to Dairy Queen and enjoyed it more than The Yard.

Mingo, I’m surprised with your response to this. Usually you are anti fatties sitting around making their diabetes worse.

What an over the top statement. simply for dramatic effect.
Yes you can look at one of their shakes, and say that is not something you would not eat, but those photo's do not look disgusting!

Curbside has alcoholic milkshake

Every once in a while, I love a good old fashioned chocolate milkshake. I wouldn't touch one of those. I don't want all that crap on my milkshake any more than I want a hamburger on top of my bloody mary.
Exactly right. Everyone in here whos had it mentions they liked the milkshake. Im not paying the $5 premium to have a chips ahoy cookie or a walmart brownie put on top of my milkshake. The milkshakes sound appetizing as hell but they lost me with the disgusting overpriced toppings. Only way they'd sucker me into buying one of those is if I had a kid that asked to go there for a birthday or something.

I got nauseated and my head hurts just looking at all of that going on. Way too much!

The cost per square foot to lease in the Highland Road shopping center is up there. They’re going to have to sell a lot of milkshakes and keep expenses down. The location is great because it caters to a higher disposable income crowd. It’s also conveniently located off I-10 and across the street from Blue Bayou.

there's one at the center of Pier Park in Panama City Beach. i've had it. it can be messy, but it's good.

Only reason to go there is a treat for kids. Otherwise I prefer the blizzard for 1/4 of the price.

Yeah agree
I don't think this is disgusting, it just looks annoying
I love milkshakes, but I don't want a high maintenance milkshake
