From other posts we were talking about how many chains have ben attracted to the Seigan Lane area. It has access to I-10, Airline and I-12 is not far away, so it is a natural to bring in a lot of pass throughs.
Who am I missing (chains only):
Joe's Crab Shack
Olive Garden
Hooters
McAlister's
Jason's Deli
Whataburger
Cheeburger-Cheeburger
Backyard Burgers
Sicily
Wendy's
Burger King
McDonalds
Jack in the Box
Cici's
Cane's
Subway
Chuckie Cheese
Chili's
Texas Road House
Chick Fil-A
Waffle House
Taco Bell
Arby's
IHOP
Honey Baked Ham
Super Buffet
Quiznos
Smoothie King
CC Coffee
Edited from post info
I left out TJ Ribs, 2 local places does not a chain make.

Nestle went under almost a year ago, if you're talking about the cookie place next to chee-burger. I don't see how, I spent damn near what I thought was enough to keep em in business every time I went to chee burger. Damn those were some good cookies!

Maybe its just me but I realize that I-10 is a major interstate and that just maybe there are a whole lot of people that travel it that need to eat food. Makes sense to have an exit like Seigan. Not everyone wants to eat at Mamma Joe's since they dont know if its good or not. Please name a metropolitan area that DOES NOT have an exit with a lot of chains near the interstate. Even New Orleans has that coming into the city before the split.

As I said in my original post, the area is perfect to lure in pass-throughs, so it is no surprise that it has so many chains. If I had a food franchise I'd be fighting for a spot.
But also as I said in another post, Seigen Lane is an anagram for 'el angines'. Spanish for food that gives you a heart attack.

I remember when Seigen was a two lane road with nothing but St George and a few places closer to Airline.
