Has any of y'all ordered a smoked/fried turkey from this old school restaurant? If so, was it good?

Agree with all that. Reformation Brewery in downtown Woodstock is solid too.
Royal Red's are rich enough, I would treat them more like lobsters. I'd say a bit of old bay and drawn butter.
That being said, I bet they'd be pretty good in that style as well.

Great sauce. You can buy it. It's not mass produced, they give it to you in a mason jar.
I'm longing for Taste of China off Airline back in the day

Ate one sandwich, turned around, got another, then another. Kids went crazy over it.

Cool story. When he would randomly show up down there to hang and play a song or two, it would spread like a jubilee. Everyone got on the phone and would tell their buddies.

Love it down there. The old LuLu's was great. We've been going to Billy's and Jesse's for almost 20 years. Also good to grab a drink at Grand Hotel.

Loved Dixie. I played against Scott Dean in SEC. Awesome time, balling all day. Milkshakes, ping pong. Tours. I love sweat!

Reverend Andrews was a huge force in my life growing up at FUMC. Brady is very solid, but I haven't lived in BR in years. And yes, Grits Casserole is delicious.
All of her cookbooks are great. I was good friends with her son growing up. She tried out recipes on us. Amazing woman, and was on the forefront of a healthy lifestyle. Love Holly.
Fried Shrimp were the gold standard until my mother made them better. Great onion rings. Oysters very good, and oddly enough I enjoy their house salad with the Italian dressing.

I watch this feature every year on 9/11. Showed my son today for the first time. He asked me, "What's your red bandanna?"
In tears. I have no answer.

Same stuff. Best is around 4th of July and New Year's Eve. Fireworks make people crazy.
