I’ve been putting the Palmetto Cheese brand sold at Costco into baked potatoes. Pretty tasty.

Not sure if it is the best, but Whole Foods has a good one. Prefer it on fresh bread from the bakery.

Make it yourself. It literally takes 5 minutes, and you control the type of cheese.

There aren't many things I won't eat, but pimento cheese is where I have to draw the line. Yuck!

I agree.
Why would anyone put pimentos or raisins in anything?
WTF is a pimento anyway?

It’s a pepper...
How are you going to bash it if you don’t know what it is?

Thank you for educating me.
Pimento stuffed olives are just wonderful.

I have the weirdest hangup about pimento cheese. I can't stand the stuff. It's a texture thing for me. If you put it into a food processor and process it down into a cheese spread and hand it to me with a box of Ritz crackers, though, I'll eat it until it's all gone.
I've been known to prefer Calvin's pimento cheese for insertion into my food processor.

My favorite is at elsies, but that doesn’t help you if you want some for home.

Pimentos are sweet cherry peppers. They have the lowest scoville rating in the chili pepper family.

Calvin's daughter Kalyn's, sold in varying sizes..
And if dining out, Elsie'e pimento, used on grits, burgers,etc..is fabulous.
Here is a Southern Living Pimento recipe that I've loved for years now, pecans, extra sharp cheese, grated onion, Worstershire, etc..

Calvin’s is quite good. Otherwise, I’d get Pallmetto.

What types of condiments and toppings would you put on a hamburger with Pimento cheese?
