I turned on the show on my computer. It sounds like Tom could be speaking in the background, but it's too faint for me to hear what he's saying. Mary Ann is boring. She is slow.

I rarely listen to the show anymore but every now and then you can hear him in the background singing or saying a few words. He does not actively participate. I am afraid that the above statement about Alzheimer’s is correct.

Mary Ann is hard to listen to. I don't know to whom she is talking during the show. Another woman. She was just talking about blindfolding to taste the thin crusts of Domino's and Pizza Hut.

I asked if he would mind stopping by our table to share a story of Warren Leruth and the old Gretna staple that beared his name (we are all proudly from Gretna).
Very cool. I was actually born and raised in Old Gretna. And my dad worked at Leruth’s when he was in high school.

Guy has the worst palate in this hemisphere. Throw in atomic level pretentiousness and it’s a miracle he’s been on this long. Let’s all go to fricking Nuvolari’s and pour one out.

You know I’m right Tom.

She is beyond insufferable. Her over-enunciation of most words and her strange accent are baffling. Whoever stated that she has the palate of teenager was spot on. The amount of time she spends speaking about french fries is mind-boggling.
The lady she often has a conversation with on air is her (and other's) producer, Patty Burnaman who actually seems to have a better hand on the food scene.

I just saw Mary Ann and her daughter at Zea’s not long ago. The epitome of elegance and grace

She is beyond insufferable.
Sometimes I think the show now is all a ruse to fool Tom into thinking he's still "on the air" and relevant.

Love how Andrea’s went conceivably out of their way to accommodate this eat club dinner and she still trashes the food.

That was interesting. Maybe she thought she should be honest, but….

Seemed an odd deal to take a rather typical ‘restaurant review’ type approach to recap.

Same person who declared Azul in Lakeview would be a runaway hit. Give Tom his credit where due, he knows more about historical New Orleans food and restaurants than likely anyone.

That’s a rather asinine statement.

And how was your dinner at Ground Pati?
