Corn crisped in a pan for a minute or two is the GOAT. Flour if I don't feel like doing that.

If they’re decent quality it will always be corn.
But if it’s the crap you get at the grocery store, just give me flour. I have yet to find a grocery store corn tortilla that was worth a crap.
