I'm hoping for a Volcano Roll.

Cali roll with spicy mayo spread on it and then topped with shredded crab meat (fake stuff)and warmed terriyaki sauce. Heavenly.

KOTO is definitely the best in quality of food. They have so many options of special rolls. The only problem is that since they moved off corporate, they don't seem to be doing the same business.

Ichiban is my second favorite.

Tsunami is a great atmosphere, but the sushi is not good in my opinion. You are paying for atmosphere.

Hello Sushi is good but not anything special.

Drunken Fish off LSU campus is good and cheaper than all of the above.

Geisha is above par, but they need to add another 3-5 specialty rolls that feature raw fish. Their sushi menu appears to lean more heavily towards cooked rolls.
youhave to consider who is eating there.

id let a manager know. Idk that they will add more rolls on the menu, but perhaps at least they will have more specials with raw fish so they can add the popular ones to the menu down the line.

Took my wife to waka house for our first date right after it opened. Fell in love with it. Rolls are always excellent. Love the ambiance, and always have plenty left over. Highly recommend it for dates. Ichiban is nice in groups and for hibachi. Heard good things about kamados, and there is a little place just south of coursey off Sherwood, sells Thai and sushi. Hell, most places down sherwood have solid fair. Haven't been to tiger sushi since it changed from whatever it was, but the do deliver.
