It's always "taken out of context" when money is involved.

Congresswoman just told Elon to “go back to South Africa”

Sounds like DOGE needs to look into her.
If she leaves, how about she give up her citizenship too?

Next on the list, Labor Dept.

They are making it too easy for Elon with these lawsuits.
I go to Mexico multiple times a year.

I do think Cancun had some type tourist tax. It may already be included in your flight.

Most US carriers include travel to Mexico and Canada. Just confirm with your plan.

Withdraw cash from ATM. It's easier (and may be just as cheap) in my opinion, than ordering from your local bank. At the ATM, accept the fee but always decline the conversion rate.

Bluesky is much better. Mark Cuban is there.

Is there a way to stop him from doing this? Not knowledgeable on this either.
Dallas county was actually 9.8 pts more red than 2020. The blues are surrounding counties, Kaufman and Ellis.
I go to Mexico multiple times a year and rarely stay on a resort. Easy quick flight from DFW like you said. I've seen these advisories before but still went. I just stay aware of my surroundings, especially at night.

Honestly, I feel safer going to Mexico than going out in Deep Ellum.

Factor in cost and time of going to airport since both airports are not that close to city centers. I'm sure either way would be fine but it probably comes out close to train cost.

I'm staying at the Club Quarters Hotel in Trafalgar Square in December.

Stayed here also. Love the location. I would stay there again or Covent Garden. Enjoyed that area too.
It was definitely not that much. Around $100 or less each way. That was right before COVID though in 2019.
The train was super easy. It is also in the city centre so very convenient for both cities. I did it from Paris to London and would do it again over dealing with the airport.
I have not been there but have been to to PV a few times. Airbnb's are usually my go to there. Lots of good restaurants and love the charm of the Old Town/Downtown area. Very easy to explore and easy to get around to do excursions.

Resorts on the south side of town like Garza Blanca mentioned are gorgeous. I did a day pass there and it was great. Hyatt Ziva is another one that I hear is nice.

DFW is still a little wild. I have seen more "price improvements" lately though. Most stuff under $300k are being bought by investors with cash. Still multiple bids on those.

Closed one 2 weeks ago $50k over. Another one $30k over next week. All cash both deals. Only way things are going. I think it will start to settle down more after the summer season, especially with rates going up.

Rates will be between 5.50-6% by the end of the week.

It already is. My client just locked in at 5.85%. lender said it was 5.25% yesterday. Another lender was over 6% already.
