Buck - Does the chackbay add heat or seasoning/flavor? A lot of folks on here seem to like to toss that in addition to their primary boil seasoning. Gonna get some just don't want to spice it more than the kids can handle

Chinese red pepper is the big add from it. I'm not a huge fan of it. It added a weird sweetness when I tried Chackbay. That's just my opinion, some people that tried the same batch enjoyed it.

I go Zatarans powder and liquid.

I have tried Cajunland and didn't think it was that much better.

I don't like Louisiana.
