When my kids were that age I would make a red rice jambalaya with weenies and they would scrape the pot. Also weenie spaghetti. You can make it really fun by pushing uncooked noodles through cut weenies and boiling them together.

Anytime I ate breakfast at my grandmother’s house as a kid she would heat up a couple cut up weenies in a frying pan, then scramble in a couple eggs with a little shredded cheese. Loved it. I haven’t thought about it in years until now.

So, at best six meals? Pancakes for breakfast, grilled cheese sandwiches for lunch, and hot dogs or pizza for dinner. It's not rocket science.

I never saw my kids come to such a hard stop on a food. They went from M&C is life to why are you trying to poison me with this filth literally over night.

French Bread Pizza ...
Back in the day, I think I invented it before Russel Stovers did.
I would get off work and stop at the WinnDixie when they pulled the bread out of the oven. Come home, slice the loaf open, smear gobs of spaghetti sauce on the halves, load on sausage and pepperoni, and heavy on the mozzarella
The kids were in heaven
When I visit the grandkids --- it's their favorite

Grilled cheese cheese cheeseburgers. Make a 3 cheese or your best mac & cheese/ refrigerate and make 2grilled cheese sandwiches with it and use those as buns for your burgers. Been a hit every time I've done it

If you want the kids to think you are magicians, make hot dog cheesy spaghetti . It always impresses.
EDIT: just noticed that this was already suggested. Just consider this an upvote for the previous post.

My son is self employed, divorced with a boy and a girl. He rarely has money to waste so everything the kids eat is cooked by him. Those kids love salads, fresh fruit and they are not interested in fast food. Their dad has always told them that FF is poison, same thing I taught him when he was little. They are both very healthy.
My daughter is CEO of a successful tech company she started. Her freezer is full of crap, frozen pizza, chicken nuggets, hot pockets. Grubhub 4 nights a week. Her kids have dental problems, get sick all the time. Dad sets the example, he wouldn't eat a fresh vegetable to save his life.
There are no picky eaters, just lazy parents. That will piss off a lot of people, but it's the truth.

I would serve things that they can build themselves.
1. Pizza. Let them make their own then bake it.
2. Mexican food. Tacos or Nachos. Let them make their own.
3. Sandwich. Let them make their own.
Life's not hard, bro. Get the kids to buy in to making their plate, they'll eat it.
