Almost did a rent to own on a flip house I had in 2020. Go to a title company and they can make the legal contract under your terms.

Needa get back on the meal prep train. I've never attempted homemade chicken salad before. Any tips before copying a random google receipt? I was thinking about smoking some legs quarters or would rotisserie chicken work better?

Home Depot worker talked me into buying a Midea dish washer. Apparently, they aren't super popular but very durable. Its super quit for sure.

Roughly $500 a month. When it gets to a certain point I take a chunk and pay off a loan. Repeat.

Serious question why don't more teams do what green bay does. Take a QB let them sit/learn for a year or two. Perfect example 2020 draft, we knew brees was on his way out. Why not get a guy like hurts in the 2nd round and let him learn behind brees for a year or two.
