Knowing the full story now it seems to be a good idea. They should have better signs explaining the $10 credit that comes with the cover.

yeah .. if you can somehow find a way to explain that on the door sign, i like the idea .. keeps the people that are just walking in to use the bathroom or just loiter out of there ... but if you don't have that explained on your sign in any way, it just looks like you are just taking $10 from people with nothing in return ..

Yeah, but they've got about 10 employees, and don't give a crap if they get any business AT ALL outside their gameday nut and the few captured souls in the Energy Centre who eat lunch there everyday.

Speaking of Walk On's, you'll like this one. Saturday night, the Laffy branch is packed. There is a new Chinese restaurant next door, just completed. It shares a LARGE parking lot with Walk On's. Owner of said new Chinese restaurant is out in parking lot, asking people when they park if they are going to his place - or Walk On's. If you said Walk On's, he wanted a $10.00 parking fee. If you said his place, parking was free. Gotta love that entrpenurial spirit!

I agree with the others, Allegros sucks. Went to Happy's early (around 9:30) and it wasn't too bad yet. Heard Walk On's was super packed from people that went.
