Is June a good month for oysters? Or does it really matter anymore?

Im as big a raw oyster fan as there is but I dont in the hot months. They do reproduce this time o year and had a bad experience with it. But charbroiled, fried, wrapped in bacon Im good.

That reduces the chances of getting shot down to 50/50.

I might hit up the beer fest, but I'd rather it be outside. Plus only a 2oz cup? Can I just stand in one place and keep getting refills?

I don't like pasteurized oysters, so that's out

Is this a problem at the fest? I'll be out there on Sunday.

Not sure if that's a problem, but it's just usually hot as hell for a fest now
