Just picked some up at Rouses Airline and Antioch. You might have to ask for it. It wasn't out and they didn't know why.

Rang up at $10.89

Probably safe to assume that by the time it hits store shelves it's already been in the bottle for a couple weeks.

Ah, no. It was bootled on the 21st and hit stores just a few days later.

According to guy on phone at Acquistapaces they will have on July 4th.

Now don't all you people buy it all and leave none for me. Might have to call them and get them to hold one for me.

I'd say most Parish hoppy beers peak around that time. I definitely thought DDHE was at its best 3 weeks after bottling.

Why do you need to assume when the date is right there on the bottle? Furthermore, Parish does a pretty good job getting their product to the distributor, and the distributor typically does a good job getting Parish product to the stores, at least lately. Not really true for other stuff, but I find Parish to routinely be some of the freshest stuff out there.

Pretty much been the case for about a year now. I don't know if you're really qualified to make those assumptions given your lack of familiarity with the local market.

They figured North LA folks were already enjoying that flavor from Commotion, so it was a specialty batch for them.

Maybe our fresh, slightly less carcinogenic air/tap water means our North LA palates can pick up what the rest of you can't. (And yes, Commotion for sure used to have an onion taste.)
