So, I went to Waffle House for the first time ever this morning...

And the waitress comes over to me after I get my food and asks if she can "warm me up".
WTF?
I know it's like 430AM...but seriously? That's not how you talk to patrons!
I could see her whiskers and c-section scar from behind the counter. Ewe.
So, after staring at her for like 30s I said, "No". Then she spun around and walked away.
It was awkward.
I will not be eating at a Waffle House ever again.

They just opened a brand new Waffle House 5 minutes from my house. I don't know what's to hate about the place. They serve everything fresh and cook it to order.

There is nothing to hate at Waffle House, great basic American diner fare, unpretentious staff and generally clean. Since smoking was banned in restaurants, you can see all the way across the interior.
I do avoid it during wino hours 11:00PM to 5:00AM. First, and only time, I have been threatened in a restaurant because someone thought I was a cop.
