So he has two massive pits in the back? does he plan on being the super late at night or early in the am? If so, hope he plans on getting robbed and or solicited by hungry crack heads. Fence will be up around that lot real quick.

Sampler looks legit, but I could wipe that out by myself, and then slam down a double order of banana pudding.

Rob's got people betting for how long it takes to fold up shop.

What a massive smoking operation. He can't take off for vacation in July this year.

That kitchen look bigger than the Smokehouse dining space. We'll see how people respond to the pricing. $49 is a lot for the sampler (and it doesn't include chicken, the only meat on menu not included). But he's always had trouble pricing that, I think it started at $29 at Smokehouse before a few price increases. With the combo plates, other places seem to offer more food for less. Doing brisket and pork will set back $19. For comparison, ones can do a three meat platter at McClure's for $18.50 or Blue Oak for $20, and $16.75 at LA Smokehouse. The amount of meat in each may vary, but for people who like to try a variety of meats, CCBBQ is not shaping up to be a good deal. That said, Rob may do the best job and maybe people will pay higher prices.

I'll always be wary of Rob charge of a show, but hopefully it works out for them.

no. I wouldn't risk my life going to CCBBQ if it was of the quality of Big Mike's. Rob's meat is worth the risk.

Maybe he should take social media cues from that new lamb at Paradigm gardens.

That little fricker has social media conquered. Damn he is cute.

Say what? Big Mikes is a very legit operation and some very good BBQ. How Rob has handled himself in the past, I'll never give the dude a dime of my money.
