the original china express on coursey...someone told me the longtime owners got fed up trying to compete with all the substandard chinese joints popping up everywhere and just sold out. too bad, that was the very best chinese food in br IMO.

It was imo one of the best in the state..

Wasnt there a place called Uncle O's or something where Tigerbait Grill is?

The restauant business has been tough the last few years with the economy. There was a thred a long time ago about how people were talking about how La Lagniappe, Dempsey's, etc are still busy but someone esle posted an article where La Lagniappe, Juban's, etc were talking about how business has dropped off.

Because he bougtht the building from the Brandt's for 800k and sold it 12 months later to Broken Egg for about 1.7.
