Id be surprised if almost all of the hip trendy places in Nola dont have this implemented before Labor Day

You have a dictator Mayor that will shut them down indefinitely and answer to nobody.
They require this, they're giving themselves the best chance to stay open, pay staff and attempt to make a profit.
