I bought multiple enameled cast iron dutch ovens from Dillards for $40/piece. There is literally no difference except I don't baby the $40 as much.

Been on a cucumber kick. Muddled with some salt, hendricks gin, and Fever tree tonic makes for a killer summer drink. I never even liked gin until recently.

if you like cucumber, try Smirnoff cucumber infused vodka. Like you, I really enjoy a cucumber/gin gimlet during the summer. tried the Smirnoff on a whim (its only $13.00/bottle, so who cares) and was pleasantly surprised. Not too shabby at all.

It's a 40" offset built by Allen's Welding in North Louisiana. He has an awesome YouTube channel and builds grills, smokers, Santa Maria grills, fire pits, etc. Ordered in it 1/4" and has around an 8-10 week lead time right now.
