I am trying to stay away from Mortons, Ruth's, and Mary Mahoney. Is there a restaurant that that you would bring the wife to for an anniversary dinner?

Head down to the pass or BSL

Whiskey Prime in the pass for fancier, Bacchus on the Beach for more casual

Sycamore House in BSL for a more upscale setting, Trapani’s or 200 N Front for more casual

Mignons in biloxi

Patio 44 in biloxi

Chimneys in Gulfport

Charred in ocean springs

Anthony’s under the oaks in ocean springs

Bacchus on the beach in pass Christian

But honestly, we always head to New Orleans for our anniversary meals.

I will tell you where my wife and I have had several anniversary dinners - B.R. Prime in the Beau Rivage.

That, or Cork & Cleaver...it's our new hip, fine dining Italian restaurant. Great house made pastas, funky appetizers...GREAT happy hour. They have a Shaya style pizza oven and everything that comes out of it is spot on.

If the people who ran it were half as good at making barbecue as they are at getting publicity for themselves, it would be the best fricking barbecue joint on earth.
It's super mediocre. Voodoo BBQ may be better.

Cannot recommend this strongly enough. Spent the weekend at the White House and ate at Cora’s.
Three meals there and everything was excellent. Spectacular service.
Don’t think you’ll find anything better in Biloxi.

Hell I think they’d be tops in any city.

How was your stay at the White House in general? Thinking of doing a long weekend there with my wife. Sounds like you’d recommend?
