Had a party at my house recently, and I have found two blocks of cream cheese left in my fridge. Help me use them soon.

Get some pepper jelly, put the Philly Cream cheese on a platter and let it come to room temperature prior to serving, cover that with the pepper jelly and let guests spread that on crackers.
Get a variety pack with a few different type crackers like Costco sells.
I make my own pepper jelly using Habanero peppers and this little treat goes over very well when having parties.
ETA: I also cold smoke salmon and I'll use cream cheese, green onions, parsley, black pepper and some chopped up thin slices of the smoked salmon to make a spread to use on bagels.
Cold smoked salmon stays in an almost raw-like state with the brine and eventual smoking process curing it. I'll use wild caught salmon and brine it, then smoke it and slice it very thin.
If you don't have the ability to cold smoke salmon, it is readily available in any supermarket.

If you have the Plantation Cookbook, the hot cheese puffs are very easy to make and freeze well before baking. I freeze on baking sheets and then vac seal them in bags. Easy to pull out and bake in not time or for your next party.

just get you some chicken or pork or flank steak and butterfly it, flatten it out, put the cream cheese and some spinach in it, wrap it up, in bacon if you'd like, and grill it.

Bake a cake & make cream cheese icing
Betty Crocker Triple Chocolate Fudge cake mix is really good with cream cheese icing & a scoop of Blue Bell homemade vanilla

You can also freeze the blocks of cream cheese as they are currently packaged, defrost and use when you wish.

Cream cheese
Pickapeppa sauce
Truscuits.
It’s about as pedestrian as it gets, but not a bad way to kill off cream cheese if you don’t have pepper jelly and are too lazy to do anything that requires any effort. Bon Appetit

I mix cream cheese with browned breakfast sausage, shredded cheddar cheese and green onions and stuff inside crescent rolls. My kids love them

We make a similar casserole, but it's just a block of cream cheese mixed with a pound of browned sausage. Roll out a tube of crescent rolls in the bottom of the pan, fill with sausage/cream cheese, then roll another tube of crescents on top.
