Had Shake Shack when in DC, was pretty disappointed. The person I was with hyped it up too much I guess.

I have had bojangles. It is awesome for a fast food brunch type meal. Nothing like chicken & biscuits as u drive through S Carolina towards the coast.

So there is a fried chicken place in S Carolina same name as a character famous for being in blackface? Do I dare ask if they serve watermelon?

Gotta say Cane's for when I go back home. Nothing beats it. Tried Zaxby's once or twice, just can't get into it after being use to Cane's.

Still haven't figured out how Cane's hasn't managed to franchise out into FL yet, when Zaxby's seems to be popping up everywhere.

Taco Cabana was my regular fast food type stop in Houston but they stopped the rotisserie chickens.

However, my last trip there, when I found out they stopped my chicken plate, they did tell me Polo Tropical was entering the market (same parent company) and they would pick up with a similar chicken plate.

Sorry but I disagree with all of the people bad mouthing Steak N' Shake. I love that place... the burgers, fries, chili 3-way, and shakes are all legit, IMO. I stop at the ones in Covington and Mobile every time I pass through and they've always been stellar. They were supposed to build done in the Livingston/BR area but I guess the deal fell through.

Other favorites of mine include Milo's and Eat N' Park.

Before they made the one on Sherwood, I used to be pumped to hit up the Dairy Queen in Vidor on the way to Houston.

Not necessarily a fast food restaurant but I get super excited when I see a Buc-ee's.

Bojangles is probably better than Popeyes wherever you run into it. Popeyes is mediocre outside of Louisiana.

I remember eating at a Roy Rogers up in Philly that wasn't bad. I couldn't tell you what I had, probably a chicken sandwich.

It was when I was a kid.

About all I can think of off the top of my head.

Taco del Mar

FYI many may not know that they have a taco del mar in the OLOL's new heart hospital adjacent to the main one.
