Well I am happy to let everyone know that I got on the scale this morning and booyah! No weight gained this holiday season. And I have not been a good boy.

Congratulations. I set a world record for most weight gained in 3 days without being in a competitive eating contest.

Went from 258 to 223 in 2010. Took 12 months. Hoping it stays off in 2011 plus a little more gone. The weight loss isn't as important as the loss in % body fat which went from 30%+ to 20%.

I'm going full bore into the diet and exercise thing starting today.

Time for me to enter this thread. I have been a fat arse all 2010. Eating and drinking great food and beer but my belly is showing the effects. Eating all day today and tomorrow but starting monday its all veggies and fruits and gym

Back to walking 2+ miles a day and <1500 cals a day, the New Year will be good to me. I am 45 pounds lighter than I was last New Years when I was barely able to walk, weight loss solved almost all my knee and ankle issues.

Jumping in this thread and starting the new year diet trend tomm morning, no/low carbs after lunch, working out 4-5 days a week, and trying my hardest not to drink most week nights

Giddy Up!!!!!!!!!! Time to get started.
I lost about 35 pds last year, then put back on 15-20lbs. So it's time to get cracking again.
The worst part will be having to cut out the beer drinking, that's what kills me. Well that and I simply like to eat.
Gonna do what I usually do. Start exercising 4-5 times a week. Switching between eliptical and Treadmill. Start lifting a little weights, as well as stretching.
Start cutting back, especially at night. Eat a good breakfast, decent lunch, and small meal around 6pm and shut it down.
Sitting around 260-265, plan on being in the 220's by the summer. We'll see.

I am off my Christmas, New Year hiatus. Not to bad, gained a few back.

Just weighed in at 247. 44 years old and the heaviest I have ever been. My 6'1" frame is maxed out. Ready to get lose 25 lbs. any suggestions?
