Good news: my wife started couch to 5k yesterday and I did it with her. I am pumped she's getting into it. I ran after her program was complete and made it to the gym this morning.
Bad news: I may need a new job by January with the way things are going. The stress is making me want to get drunk.
Good news: I have not had a drink and plan on having a good 5k time this weekend as well as a long run on Sunday.
