No good deed goes unpunished.

I skipped the poboys. I skipped the hamburger steak with mashed potatoes, gravy and garlic bread.

I had a small spinach salad and I gained half a pound.

One 3k day on Saturday and I am still 1.4 over my recent low last Saturday.

Lets blame it on a water gain. With that in mind keep up the good work.

Speaking of water weight. I have been lost a good bit of it lately. Between my shorter runs during the week and working outside during the heat of the day the scale is showing some low numbers. The lowest I have seen this week is 198.9. No way this is a actual real weight. I'll got with whats below.

i swear..i got down to close to 185 earlier this year at the height of racing season but that seems like a pipe dream now.

i've spent close to 2 years circling around 195. is that my destiny?

i've got an interesting fall coming up...an odd plan which involves losing weight in the winter months..but then my coach says starting in january i'm not allowed to drop ANY weight when i start training hard.

who knows.. i have alot of crazy shite planned over the next 3 months..shooting alligators, riding my bike up a volcano in hawaii..

speaking of....any interest in a PUTTA IRL at the LSU/bama game?? i'm bringing the ball & chain with me..planning to fly into NOLA fri..hang out..then head to baton rouge for the game.

hulk, that gives you 2 months to knock that last 10-15 off if you want your ruths chris :gangnam style:

I made it through yet another birthday dinner last night with only one bite of dessert. I ate nothing but veggies/salad/fruit during the day and had some chips with my guac though and one small fajita off hubs plate. I am in week 2 and down 1/5 pounds. I am certainly eating way cleaner though and that is wonderful.

The damn fried strawberry cream cheese pie got me. It got me good.

First time I passed it, I gave it an evil stare.
Second time I passed it, I prayed someone would eat it soon.
Third time I passed it, I PRAYED HARDER.
Fourth time, I ATE it and I ate it good.

Sounds like God came through in the clutch, someone ate it very soon.

I can sympathize. This is my last slacker weekend and I'm going to crank the diet and cardio back up. Come on weagle, we can do this. There is a reason we wanted to lose weight and get in shape, lets get back on that train of thought

Donuts almost got me today. Pisses me off that there was still a box sitting there at quitting time. I need people to eat those suckers by 8am so they don't tempt me.

I'm going out to dinner tomorrow so that could be a bit messy.

I havent posted in here in a while because I have been on a constant up and down roller coaster with the low point being at 262 every Friday morning. I have had a busy month including a birthday. All weekends have including traveling, heavy drinking and over indulging on comfort food due to being hungover. This is the first weekend since 4th of July that I have been around the house. Gonna try to make it a cheat free weekend and get back in the 250s. I dipped down in there during the first part of my vacation, but haven t made it back since.

I have enjoyed some good food though.

Just curious. What is everybody's height?

280 on a person 6'2" looks a lot different than on someone 5'8"

So, I'll start by saying I am 5'8". I hit 286.

And, yes, I AM "big boned"

No...Really.
