I have 50 pounds to lose to be back to what I was when I got married three years ago. As of today I am down one pound for this week
I hope you acheive your goal! Hopefully the medical issues will resolve themselves over time.

Entering non-plateau territory. Not quite there but I'm about 3 weeks into the new diet and I'm dropping a itty bitty bit each day.
175.5
Just about cracked last night but I didn't. I started hearing the siren song of taco bell. Actually that is a good thing. I wish the siren song would go back to the salty and savory and stop luring me to ice cream.
Going to be a tough no cheat weekend because I have a Sunday birthday party to attend which will have lots of food. I'm hoping they get Cane's. I can avoid that easy enough.

Cad,
Does your girlfriend float in water? Does she weigh the same amount as a duck?
If so, she might be a witch and she might be fattening you up for a Hansel & Gretel style demise....
you have been warned.

I splurged like hell this past weekend for my Nephews birthday party. Friday night drank about 10 beers. Saturday night 4 of us went through about 60-65 beers. Then the next day, I sobered up and had a bunch of food, and drank two monsters so I could stay awake long enough to drive home haha. Really screwed myself over. So the day I started Insanity (Monday), I was at 191.
I weigh myself every morning. This morning I stepped on the scale and I am now at 188. only 28 pounds to go. It's going to be hard as hell to lose this weight.
191/188/160

I went to the doc ystdy for my leg burn. He said all is healing well but to lay off the cardio for a few weeks to let it heal up. This week has been shitty as I have been having some self pity sympathy, comfort food. Yes thats cheeseburgers, fries and pie. In that order
Oh well, just admitting my shortcomings here has instilled some motivation to get back on track, and back on the scale

This .2 of a pound a day is ticking me off. I might have to break out the damn bike to get things moving along a little faster.

Nice Hulk!
I did a 7 mile hike today, rained for the first hour. Barely even slipped in the mud. Got to the end on a trail I've walked a hundred times, I could even see my car, and I fell flat on my arse over a wooden footbridge and into the mud.
