Bounced up again but I had 3 pieces of chicken. So I ate about 450 calories more than I thought.

Now that I know I was eating more calories than I thought I can knock the calories down a bit which is going to be a pain in the A.

323/174.9/165

I've started a race to 165 with my step-dad but he has a huge lead on me.

I need some extra motivation because it is more than a little difficult to stay motivated for these last 10 pounds after already losing 150.

I'll just post up pics of myself and say "you can be this size again" if it'll make you realize how far you've come

eta

I've been thinking about posting a pic showing the progress on my belt, it's getting impressive imo

I've been exercising and dieting, the scale hasn't caught up yet, so I'm waiting patiently.

man i might go back to low carb.. This hypoglycemia thing is for the birds. When I get hungry I get the cold sweats and I feel like I get run over, it's pretty shitty. I have to determine if it's worth the more eating options.

Jr88 you might like the hundredpushups site (no link provided). It is a 6 or 7 week schedule to acheive 100 pushups. I'm p'd off that I still can't do any because of my left arm. Pushups are are my favorite and most consistent exercise. cranking out 2 or 3 sets of 30 a few months ago was routine.

never thought we'd have 3 male losers under 150 in this thread or that I would be one of them.

If the scale is not moving in the way you like, you have to change up your diet and exercise even more.

Eat tiny lunches and tiny dinners, run 1-2 miles a day in hot, hot conditions (I close off my living room and run on a treadmill when it hits about 85...no wind) and you will see the progress.

What happened to your arm? I had a cortisone shot in my shoulder but I think I need rotator cuff surgery. Doing an MRI next week. This really has put a damper on my exercise as well as my sleep for two months. Still walk about five mIles a day, four or five days a week but upper body has come to a halt.

It was at first, and still may be. If your only intent is to troll, then you can leave this thread.

How is your dieting going?

I have a family birthday dinner tonight so I am not sure how that is going to go.

174.9

August is a pain in the A month with about 42 family birthdays. Tough month for weight loss.

It is going to be tough to beat my step-dad to 165.

That's a lot of birthdays :| Past couple of days have not been kind for me. Day before yesterday I went on an eating binge, just one of those days where I'm like a human garbage disposal and I didn't control myself. The good news is that I don't have any unhealthy foods in my house so it was all veggies and fruits, but too many calories I'm sure. Yesterday my friend got stood up on a date so we went grab some drinks. Time to buckle back down and get back to it.

I have found that I can eat watermelon until I'm sick, but it will not cause me to gain weight. If you get a good crisp one, it's hard to stop eating it. The downside- since it's mostly water, you're back and forth to the bathroom for the rest of the day. The upside- You get so full you can't eat anything else.

The dinner did not go well. Nope, she did not go well.

Diet took a serious pounding. If it was a fight Richard Steele would have stepped in and stopped it before things got ugly or in his case before things even started.

Blurp. I do not feel good.

I have ate crap all day myself. Big plate of wings for lunch, (which were great) and a burger for dinner. I did get in a good run though so hopefully it won't hit me to bad. I might hit the gym tomorrow to, even though I don't usually go on Sunday.

Sunday is one of my ALWAYS OFF days but I imagine the punishment I will get from the scale might induce me to head up to the levee.

TMI LOOK AWAY!!!

There is a chance I might not gain weight because.... er.... hmmmmm..... er...... lets just say the waste factory dropped a MASSIVE shipment at the landfill.
