Man I thought I'd start losing weight because I've been having to go 3-4 times a day but no luck :( And the rain tricked me yesterday, I heard thunder and it was really dark out so I didn't go walk, but it didn't rain for another like 2 hours.

HUGE gain!

I'm assuming it is a bit of water weight because I doubt I ate 3.5 pounds of food last night.

I'm out of everything to eat but salad and refuse to hit Walmart on Sunday so nothing but salads today.

Starting tomorrow I am back 100% on induction. Actually, even with 3 salads,I'm probably under 20 grams of carbs today.

Welcome back.

Hopefully I sweated out some of that water weight on my bike ride. My shirt was drenched even though it was actually nice out there after the rains.

Back down to my low so far. Had drifted back up to 226. Had to refocus, the low carb mix twice a day is working pretty well. Had a big cheat Saturday night, Outback with a Blooming onion (boy it was good). Shooting for 200, by 9-01

Great job!

323/176.1/165

I think my stepdad is going to crush me in the race to 165. He weighed in at 169 this morning.

I may head out for a 20 mile ride after my coffee.

Shockingly, I'm up 4 for the week. Carb fest is nearly over. Just left Huddle House, had to eat the hash browns. Had ribeye and sweet potato fries yesterday. Happens whenever I reach a new low like last Monday. Combination reward/panic.

hey guys! well i did the rocky mount race this past saturday..omg. epic. fail.

i hit mile 29 and literally couldn't push the pedals another turn. luckily there were some dudes at the side of the road who offered me beer so i abandoned the race to drink beer.

i came back and slept for almost 24 straight hours. i think i've been overdoing it lately..the big push to finish my stuff in TN and then drive 8 hours to monroe friday night..then get up at 6am sat and drive up to shreveport pretty much left me running on empty before the race even started.

oh well..it was still a blast and the beer was ice cold.

i'm still hovering between 190-195. apparently its hard to lose weight in the middle of training and racing. i have 2 more tough weekend races and then in september i'm hitting induction hard to try & catch up with myth again. i want to race next season at 175 instead of 195.

I started a new comp with my step dad but he is kicking my arse. We are racing to 165 but he has a huge lead at 169 to my 176.

I'm about 4 pounds from my low before I went insane and ate too many carbs for the last 2 weeks.

I'm getting so frustrated. I'm counting my calories, keeping them low, and exercising daily. I'm pushing myself hard in the exercise. All I've succeeded in so far is gaining weight. I'm up to 322.. WTF. Maybe it's muscle gain? idk. But it's really annoying.

Hulk, drink some senna tea.

Try taking some chromium picolinate. Also, try some organic apple cider vinegar (not the grocery store distilled stuff). 1 or 2 tsp 3 times a day in water.

CAD, it's good to see you. Keep on trucking.

I was telling someone about my frustration today and they asked if I'm diabetic... I know I'm hypoglycemic, I wonder if that will affect my weight loss on a high carb diet?
