Albertson's is having some ginormous sale for 4 days, I'm glad I checked my mail and didn't throw that out like I normally do. Saturday is grocery shopping day and me and the roommate are about to stock up like crazy. What we normally get at wal mart for $100-$120 can likely be had for under $75. Lots of buy one get 1 free on meats, and a few coupons for buy 1 get 2 free, as well as sales on other meats. All sorts of things going on sale. I'm bringing the paper to work tomorrow and making a shopping list, I can list out some of the deals if ya'll are interested.

Hulk, do not believe this rubbish. Gmorgan and I are still waiting on our measly hot dogs he promised us two years ago. Don't start licking your chops over the ribeye.

Being sick is not good for the diet. I was too tired to cook anything last night so I ate a sandwich. I was scared to not eat enough calories so I risked the carbs. No increase on scale today but we will see how it goes.

I've was in your shoes about a year ago. I had a wicked stomach virus and couldn't hold anything down in either direction and ended up losing 7 lbs in about a week. So while the Stomach Virus Diet is not as socially acceptable as Atkins, or Weight Watchers, it can be an effective boost to your regular program
