Had another person last night tell me I needed to stop and I had lost too much weight. Told them they didn't see me in the mirror in the morning.

tell them to eat a bag of dicks.

we have such a warped view of what 'healthy' is that when you see someone who is lean, they look 'too thin'. i am getting that too..i'm like..nope..still got a belly. got a little ways to go yet...

Nobody would call me lean.

As I have said before, I am not kidding when I say I am starting with ZERO muscle mass. So I actually still have massive fat to lose and muscle to put on.

I think part of the problem is that I have not updated my attire and I'm still wearing a lot of double X shirts which make it look like I am emaciated.

Time to update dude!

My grandma took me to get some clothes, when I told her to buy 2x shirts she said "yeah right, you dropped 2 shirt sizes already?"

She was even more amazed when I told her I'm going to either have to poke holes in my belt or buy a new in in the next month

Bad eating night for me. The impending apocalypse has me on edge so I over ate.

And I didn't ride my bike today.

I would worry about the scale reading tomorrow but we only have about 90 minutes left to live.

Here comes the rapture......

I been thinking about This rapture thing. I think the guy got it wrong, instead it is actually "THE FAT-TURE", when all the excess weight and body fat will be taken away from all us fatties on earth

Taking a little longer for it to come off now. But I'm still gunning for you, Myth.

275/224/175. 01-03-11

Still stuck after my self induced plateau. At least I proved that if I gain 5 lbs I can drop it back off with induction phase again

Birthday was a calcarb extravaganza. First day I've consumed over 2300 cals and nearly 200 carbs in about 3 months.
Cake was deeeeeeeeelicioooouuuuuusssss twice.
Half pound burger including bun was $$$$$$. After my egg-bacon breakfast today I had a glazed donut.

So what. we're all dying today right?

BTW, busted my nonplateau in the wrong way I'm up a few pounds.

Can't wait for next Bday if this rapture thing doesn't pan out.

39 pounds down

Though it's right on schedule for a loss, it could be dehydration. I was a bad, bad boy last night Went out and had about 6 or 7 beers and 3 shots of jager in about 2 hours. I haven't drank nearly as much since I started dieting so I got drunk really quick, plus I haven't eaten since like 5 PM.

H, watch out for that Jager.

I think I'm in full blown relapse and may need intervention. Had McD's quarter pounder w/chees meal for lunch. Having Crawfish for supper. 2nd consecutive day over 2000 cals and nearly 200 carbs. 3 days with sodium over 2200.

Everything tastes so f'ing good its ridiculous.

Bounced up a pound with my pre rapture eating.

Does bug me a bit that I gained a pound just eating 1800 calories.

going to try to get a long ride in today to get moving back in the right direction.

220/213/150 Still have not put on weight even though I had stirfried veggies over rice yesterday for lunch but I only had a little bit of peanut butter and protein powder for dinner. I am hoping that even though I added too many carbs that because I kept my calories down I will be ok. I am going on vacation tomorrow until next weekend so we will see what happens. We have a condo so I will be doing a lot of cooking and hardly any dining out so I should be ok. Also there will be a lot of fitness involved- walking, hiking, tennis, swimming etc. so that should help too. I am noticing that my weight is staying stable but I am certainly losing inches.

I normally would not have shot Jager since I'm on a diet, but it's my favorite thing to shoot and I was already drunk at that point so inhibitions were out the window

BTW guys, I went to albertson's.. that sale is a crock of shite. The only items on sale are bulk items for the most part. Like buy 1 get 1 free 5 pounds ground meat. You can end up with like 10 pounds of ground meat for $17, which is a great deal, but it's the same for pork chops and stuff. Just huge, bulk items and if I would have bought all that it would have cost me a fortune and a lot of it would be freezer burnt.

Now for those of you with a family to feed, its probably a fantastic sale.

Let that be a lesson to you, young lad. If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is.

Yeah. There's always sales though. If I had the $$ to buy everything I would have and I wouldn't have to go shopping for a long, long time

crawfish were rapturous.

old dog = new trick
ate boiled crawfish and wore latex disposable gloves. no muss, no fuss, no baking bath for hands. who knew = wife knew.

blowfish tomorrow if tomorrow comes.
