That is not what your sig is, and I still disagree with that anyway. Is long term say a year and a half, because that is how long I have been spinning on a regular basis. At first I was not watching my food intake that closely and was losing only about a pound a month.

Marathoners are skinny because they run all day and do not spend any time eating.

Well doesn't this mean you can start eating at midnight when your check sweeps in, that's what I do

Mine comes in at 2 AM and I'm asleep by 11:30 every work night

I have food at my house just nothing to snack on (a good thing I'd guess) and no veggies

Just trying to help you out. I'm feeling your pain as well. My lunch left a lot to be desired and I didn't pack nearly enough snacking veggies to last me thru the afternoon here at work. I'm so starved I'm feeling like I may gnaw my leg off before I go home.

You two are not hungry, you are just fasting involuntarily. Ask Myth and CAD. It works.

That's a nice spin to put on it. By the way if I do gnaw off my leg, is that a carb, protein, what??

Plenty of protein and fat but also lots of weight loss with the missing leg.

173/158/140

I've been at it about 2 weeks and have lost almost a pound a day. Two questions:

1) Is this good?

2) Will the rate of weight loss increase or decrease?

Side note: I run at LEAST a mile a day (sweat my arse off for a good 20 minutes) and eat a small lunch, small dinner, and drink TONS of water/lemonade.

Of course it is good. 1 pound a week is considered normal, 2 is considered great and more than that is considered unhealthy.

It will slow unless you eat nothing and workout a ton.

Plus the first pounds always come off quicker than the rest. Your metabolism adjusts to your weight loss and calorie intake so eventually you slow down.
