I actually just started the coffee game last November. I went from not drinking it to 1 pot instantly.

I haven't tried chickory. Might give it a try next shop.

Welcome to our little weight loss community here.

Having a support group helps a ton.

I don't know how people can stomach drinking coffee every day, especially black coffee

I like it once in a while when I need a pep-up. I do like frappucinos and such but it can't have the bitterness of the coffee. Mississippi mud slide, if that's the correct name, at CC's is the best I've tasted so far.

Hiiiii, forkers!

I've been lurking in this thread probably since I got to TD, and I think I'm just about ready to make myself accountable to some people with my weight loss goals.

I lost about 40 pounds last summer with an extremely low calorie diet, and almost daily exercise (yoglates fwiw). I gained about 10 back over the school year by not keeping up with calorie counts and due to my inability to make time to do much/any exercise. I want to finish what I started last summer. So.

198/167/140.

Just had some delicious tuna salad with low fat mayo for a late lunch. Going to work out at 6!

I honestly don't see how I lived life before coffee.

I gave up coffee for lent and I almost went insane. Never again.

Drank an extra cup of coffee on CAD's advice.

Cake day is tomorrow, so I'll do an OM sprint test in the am as punishment.

220/213/150 so I gave in and ate stir fried veggies and fried rice. (I just could not deal with meat) Blood sugar was way too high but no weight has shown up. Skipped dinner because I was feeling so bad. Woke up this morning and had two eggs and a slice of cheese. Back on the wagon.
