geez, come on guys check the date. I was kidding.

Rode 12 miles today and it killed me at least 3 times. I wish the ugly guys would stop trying to resuscitate me.

What's a guy got to do to get a little mouth to mouth with a hot chick in a bikini on the levee after a heart attack?

btw..not bad. its funny how quickly you'll build up to 20 miles in no time and people will be like 'wow! you rode TWENTY miles?!?'

then you'll get addicted like me and routinely do 60 mile+ days on the weekend and look forward to ridiculous rides that take you over 100 miles and up 3 mountains in 3 different states.

If you die from eating rotten steaks, does Myth automatically win? Or is it a draw?

definitely on a plateau but feel great. Repositioning some body mass. stomach shrinking, arms and chest growing.

Don't even go there Hulk.

My chuck roast was DELICIOUS. I wish I could have rice, it made an amazing gravy :( Can't wait to have more for lunch!

Finally hit the 40 down mark. 42s are getting loose, looking forward to trying my 40s (still in closet from years ago) yeah I got a pair of 38s in there too. Have decided April is HARD-CORE INDUCTION, no cheats at all. Still got 60 lbs to go and I AM GOING TO DO THIS. Yes I am on a high this morning, because of a LOW.

A friend of mine from high school and I are going jog/walk when he gets off of work. He's historically been a pretty big guy as well but he took up kung fu classes and starting eating healthier and has lost like 60 pounds. An inspiration of mine. We're going to be roommates in July and he wants to take up p90x, I'll probably do it too at that point.

That is great, Hulk. It is great to have the support, and being part of a team. A little healthy competition can also be a great motivator. If you are rooming with someone else who is watching their diet, you don't have the temptation of the forbidden stuff being in the fridge. Awesome!

Down another .5, had a big dinner last night, smoked some country style pork steaks and a baked yam, sure can't eat as much now. Albertsons had the pork for .99/lb. Cooked 24 lbs on the grill, gonna vacuum seal one per pack and nuke em at work. Hard core induction April for me.
