I've been stuck 3 pounds higher than my lowest weight for 10 days now.

Just stick with it dude. You're gaining muscle.. Don't focus so much on the weight, take your measurements and stick with the diet and exercise. You know all this already, just a reminder.

Welcome. You'll enjoy Hulk's theories on height to weight ratios and gender. It's all in good fun. But things can get intense in the Myth versus Cad e-docudrama.

Cad sneakily sabotaged my weight loss by making me ride my bike.

Next, I expect him to start sending me baskets of fresh cooked blueberry muffins and other sweet treats to further stymie my loss.

I need his address so I can start send him pizza every night.

congrats shaw. let it pass. if you're doing adkins, the beans will ensure bad breath from both ends.

I guess I will settle the dispute, I am female. I forget this is not the OT where hiding your gender is a necessity.
I was in NOLA on a girls trip, so that wasn't me. Must have been some other chubby girl :)

I spent 2 1/2 hours at planet fitnass yesterday with some of my work girls. We did a mile on the treadmill, a mile on the elliptical, and then did the entire circuit of the 30 minute workout...and then played on some of the other machines to see how they worked. To say I am sore today is an understatment..literally ROLLED out of bed today. Did well with lunch yesterday, even though I ate out(that is my biggest problem, eating out) and didn't even eat a cupcake at the place next door( well, I had a bite or two of a friends but....)
Supposed to go jogging with a few friends this morning, I'm not sure how this is going to go. I have never really been a jogger, more of a walker, so I guess it will be a slow jog for me

Ok, now i am moving from frustrated to postally pissed.

I ate about 800 calories yesterday and inched even closer to 200 again. I've gained almost 5 pounds in the last 2 weeks with that damn bike.

It's a conspiracy! Maybe you should re-evaluate your goals. You're putting on muscles. Gaining muscle and toning them will be more important than losing the weight.

Super excited, insurance company called me back, they're finally able to authorize the payment to fix my truck. They estimated the total damages at $1652 O_O They said anything more and they will need to total it.

LIAR. I'm onto you!!!! You're just trying to trick me.

The bike IS your friend..but it could cause a temporary stall as you start building legs muscles.

Trust me MYTH..its worth it. You want to start adding some muscle now that you're getting to the right zone..this will help solidify your weightloss and keep you from gaining it back.

eta the 2 hotties from my office talked me into thai today so i got no room to talk but i *AM* doing the "hell of the south" race tomorrow morning so hopefully that will help me work it off.
