Have any of you been to Prince’s Hot Chicken in Nashville? I heard they have some incredible spicy fried chicken. Exactly how spicy we talking here?

Yes, I went there because I heard it was true local hole in the wall and hattie bs was more of a tourist spot. It is is in the ghetto but damn it is good. How hot is it? fricking super hot. I can't remember what I ordered but I do remember that everyone in line was ordering a certain level of heat and I decided to go one step above that because I love spicy food. I think I got the xhot (not sure though) and I was dripping sweat off my face onto the table and in some pain. Hop in the car to leave and made the wife stop at the closest gas station for some milk

Anything hot and above will ruin your day. Medium is a dice roll. The OG location in the hood burned down, so the one on the southside is the only one left.

Do not be a tough guy. It will humble you. I've seen many big talker profess heat tolerance only to be taken down a notch or two after getting the hotter flavors.

Get the medium. With medium, you can taste where they're headed with it, but still taste the meat. And bring some wet-naps to clean your fingers with.

I went once with my friend Vasant from India. He handled it, but it was even hot for him.

That said, I think it's great when you're hungover. First, it wakes you up better than a cold shower and pot of coffee. It also takes your mind off any other ailments you may have (headache, soreness, nausea, etc.) You're in tune with one thing, the spice.

ETA: Bolton's is my favorite.

I believe they have Mild, Medium, Hot and XHot.
I love hot food. Wife talked me into only getting the Hot. Wow. It was right on the line of being too hot. Loved it.

How is the wait? I watched a food show on Nashville the other day and they showed a huge line outside.

I ate there a couple of years ago. I had three hours to catch my flight and there were only a few people ahead of me. Took over an hour and a half to get my food and i almost missed my flight. But it was worth it.

Accurate statement and I’m not afraid of some heat. It’s the real deal, would definitely recommend over Hattie B’s, which is pretty custy.

Not an issue at the new location (Prince's South). There will be a wait for the chicken to cook, but no worries on waiting to order.

Wings of Glory on airline do a nashville hot rub for their wings and tenders. It's good but its not hot like Prince's or Hattie B's.
