Popeyes, with only 1 person at a time via drive thru, can still frick up an order...

I think 30% of it was correct.

Chicken sandwich combo? Missing
5 tender combo? Missing
8 piece? Correct
Two drinks? Correct

An additional 10 piece all white meat? In with my order.

I quickly checked and saw that mashed potatoes and another side (red beans, not green beans) and erroneously assumed, with limited customers being served at a time, that they couldn’t have fricked up my order.

Could they?

Well, there were cars behind me, maybe 3 with orders, but when you’re only serving one person at a time, with no one inside, it shouldn’t be difficult to get the orders correct.

Ordered 2 piece chicken - two thighs, and red beans. Got two fries and no chicken. Went back and got chicken too and they let me keep fries for free.

Went by Popeyes yesterday gave them the coupon code from the App. They were so concern with me making sure I showed the cashier at the window the code, I guess they forgot I said I wanted spicy chicken. Oh well, at least the rest of the order was correct.

I work in Avondale and during lunch, that Popeyes is fast and efficient if you dont order anything cooked to order. I'd give them a 7 for service.

The Popeyes in Raceland, where I live sucks. I give them a 3. You have to wait if you go there no doubt.

I learned a long time ago that Popeyes doesn’t give me what I order, they give me what I need.

Has anyone in history ever received their order at the window?

Popeyes is the worst in the history of fast food for employee service and efficiency and the reason why I permanently quit going there.

My last time there the cashier didn't even bother saying "pull up". She just stuck her hand out the window and pointed forward. I laughed, shook my head and pulled forward.

Last time i went to Popeyes was during the chicken sandwich craze because my wife was insistent. The drive thru line was frittata long so we went inside, where i was able to see the machine work up close.

There was one guy making the chicken sandwiches, one lady working at the front registers, one lady working drive thru and five people leaned up against the wall.

Just bring on the robots already..
