Just had one.....wow that was tasty.....I was skeptical because their biscuits are pretty terrible now but it is a different biscuit ...larger fluffier.....not the dry hockey pucks like usual...and the chicken is similar to the sandwich....

Bet it’s 10X better than the Chic-Fil-A version.

I got high one time and almost choked to death on a dry Popeyes biscuit

I miss when Popeyes made their biscuits from scratch. The rest of the country will never know how good they were.

So they’ve been intentionally giving us shitty dry biscuits for 10+ years, and now they’ve magically fixed them for this $5 chicken biscuit promotion?

Did they get your order right?

Most Popeyes' floors were covered in flour as was the manager's apron. I remember.

Yeah but I still had to pull up for the spicy.
Does anyone order the mild??

Surprisingly, Jack in the Box has an elite chicken biscuit. Blows chickfila out the water.

Seems that way...they should make these the standard biscuit.

Just like several other fast food restaurants (McDonald"s and Five Guys come to mind) Popeye's has gotten worse over the years.

It's so dependent on location....even the best McDonalds is still pretty shite now a days..... a well run Popeyes is still pretty good...IF you can find one in your area.

They also used to serve collard greens.
The location in foley, al no longer even serves dirty rice.

Color me skeptical. They can't even do hamburgers right. Do they use processed chicken for their biscuits?

Miss the chicken livers too. Can't believe they quit serving them. As cheap as livers are that had to be one of the highest profit margin items on the menu.

Also the one off of the SW Freeway and Sweetwater intersection in Sugar Land. I never have to pull up for the spicy, my order is always correct, and they smile and exchange pleasantries almost like I’m at a Chick Fil A.
