"This cryogenic process concentrates the flavor dense lupulin glands producing a more robust and distinctive hop flavor profile. •••
The result- the most interesting hoppy beer that we’ve ever made. Waves of pithy tangerine, lime, guava and apple give way to a deep resinous base note."

When beer nerds describe beers as interesting, it makes my skin crawl

No lime sorbet? Guava air? I'm really struggling to think of how this tastes without better descriptors.

It’s been about three years now, can we take a break from overly hoppy beers for a second?

The unique names and designs sell the beer. Along with high $$ and limited time only, so you better hurry up and stand in the long line. Put the beer in un labeled cans and see what happens.

That being said, I sure do want to try this one

I don't really like the taste of pith in my beer.

This cryogenic process

Been around for a few years and a lot of brewers have already produced beers using cryo hops. I've used them 3 or 4 times in my homebrews.

oh great, another hop forward offering.

Hop forward is an understatement with these cryo hops that are popping up. Might as well just start chewing on raw hops.

At least it's only a $16 crowler this time. At the rate Parish is going, it won't be long until we see $28 4 packs.

And yet in 5 years Andrew will say he was the first to use this technique.

Yeah, from what i've read cryo is more of a cost saving technique rather than imparting new flavors from the hops. You can maximize IBU contribution using less cryo hops, comparatively.

And while they do try, they aren't nearly as obnoxious as most brewers with their beer descriptions. Burial may be the worst with the narratives of their beers.
