Old Bumsteer's location: what are they building?

I heard rumors about pizza and Mediterranean of some sort. Can't imagine we need another pizza spot on Perkins but if it's good I'll go for it. Original menu was executed poorly. Not sure the owners attempted any legitimate marketing or creativity. I also vaguely remember the point of sale system being jacked up between first and second floors.
So far the new exterior does give off a slight Mediterranean feel.

I hope it’s great. There’s several well thought of restaurants right in that block. That looks like an insane amount of effort and design going into a place that’s got a 50/50 chance to make it.

Forgot to mention that the overpass parking lot next to Schlitz is getting worked on. No idea how long that should take but I imagine everything needs to be ready by the end of August and this looks a few weeks away from completion.
I don’t see why it can’t compete if they have some extend hours menu with an emphasis on alcohol sales.

It will be a Mediteranian fusion restaurant called Capri with deck fired pizza,tapas and yes a very heavy bar program. Stands a chance at being one of the snaziest new places in town. Contruction delays slowed it down, but it is coming together. So I hear.
