Interstate 10 and city park lake will be completed before this place is finished and opened….is the legislature the contractor on this slow moving project…..

I noticed they stopped working for a long time, but then they started working on it again for a while. Now it's back to nothing.

i went to BLDG5 for lunch on Friday and that (old bumsteers location) building looked just about the same as it did this summer, wonder if whoever building it ran out of cash
