Well the owners of the whole center really want to knock it down and redevelop it, but they are stuck with some long term leases ( I am guessing Hooters ? ) .. so I think the plan the last few years has been to let the center go to crap and hope the up and leave.. That is why the back side facing the interstate has been halfway finished for years, I believe.
Maybe adding Krab Queenz will help them run it in to the ground further and quicker ?
