If she's got customer demand she can't fill with like one case, I'd be pissed too.

Hops die. A hop bomb becomes a malt bomb in no time. The fresher the better. Comparing one now to one a month from now is apples to oranges

Not sarcasm. Ghost hits its peak about 2-3 weeks after bottling. It will be much better then than it is right now. That's pretty much every IPA, but they all have different ranges of when they peak and fall off.

Perhaps I misunderstood his timeframe. When one says cellaring, I assume they mean like months or so. A few weeks and sure, perfectly fine. Longer than a month is pushing it IMO

I just got yelled at by the lady at Vieux Carre Wine and Spirits, by asking if she had any. She went on a tirade about the places that she knew got multiple cases, and how they wouldn't give her one, and that if she could she "would get rid of every bit of that company's product."

Yea, CSB.

Actually had a conversation with the guy at Brady's about this. Said they didn't know if they were getting it this time around and got zero last time. He called the distributor and they told him, "If you want Ghost, sell more Parish products that are not Ghost."

That was sort of shocking considering they are a Drizly supplier and Canebrake and Envie are on that app.

Heads up, guys, Dan Stein has some -- 2 bottles per person. I went in once, turned my shirt inside out and went in again, then went twice more with the spare shirt I keep in my vehicle. I'm gonna flip these 8 for some Tree House. I can taste those sweet Northeast hops already. So much better than this Louisiana hoppy ditch water.

Martin's Wine Cellar on Baronne just got shipment.

Fricking two BOTTLES per person. What a fricking joke.

Langensteins on Sauve Rd. in River Ridge had some at about 11am today. I got mine, but he only got one case. Not sure if there is still any there.
